The OSD International Gestalt Coaching Program (IGCP) has the distinction of being the only Gestalt-based training program with accreditation through the International Coach Federation (ICF). As an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP), this program incorporates ICF-defined core competencies and ethics to prepare participants for the rewards and challenges of the coaching profession.
In agreement with being an ICF certified coaching program, we offer:
- a minimum of 125 hours of coach-specific training,
- six observed coaching sessions with an experienced coach, and
- a comprehensive final exam that evaluates a student’s coaching competency.
Successful completion of IGCP requirements provides eligibility for an ICF credential through the ACTP graduate application.
