Cancellation/Refund Policy

For Worshops Only!

Refunds are available up to 31 days prior to the start of a workshop, less a $35 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to a workshop’s start date. A $20 charge is assessed to transfer registration from one workshop to another. Participants must confirm cancellations and transfers by fax or by mail.

If the Center cancels a workshop, we will provide as much notice as possible and a full refund will be given.

When making travel plans, please confirm that the workshop has not been cancelled before purchasing non-refundable tickets.

GICOSDISC reserves the right to change faculty, program dates, and fees as necessary. GICOSDISC assumes no liability for expenses incurred by participants due to any changes in program dates, including nonrefundable travel and/or lodging expenses.
